| A DATAMARK Ltda product, offers users an integrated system, based on proprietary technology for the passive transfer of information over the Internet within the constraints of the general conditions of use of the system. |

| The integrity, authenticity and
legality of the original information is Datamark responsibility but
no responsibility can be accepted for the legality and accuracy of
information entered in the system by third parties. |

| Datamark may change or update the
system periodically, be it to the content or to the form of presentation,
without prior or specific announcement. |

| The creation of temporary files
of system pages is permitted. The creation of images, variations,
translations, versions or copies of the system content is not permitted
as well as its use for purposes which conflict with the system's objectives
or modify its content. |

| The partial or total reproduction,
distribution or disclosure of content, images or charts, which constitute
the existing system for resale without the Datamark' prior specific
authorization, is prohibited. Only the creation of printed copies
for personal use is permitted. |

| Users accept total civil or criminal
responsibility for unauthorized use of information, content, charts,
trademarks, compositions or any aspect of the system's intellectual
property being responsible personally and solely for the damages caused. |
