Cocoa processing in Europe advances 2.1% in the second quarter and exceeds projections

The volume of processed cocoa in Europe rose 2.1% in the second quarter of this year compared with the same period last year, to 331,850 tons. The number, released on Tuesday, 11, European Cocoa Association (ECA), exceeded industry estimates. Grind the almonds is considered an important indication of how is the demand for chocolate.
